As you browse our website, you do so anonymously. INCA does not use "cookies" or other tracking elements other than to analyze our website's usage. We do this to understand how you use our website in order to improve the experience. The IP addresses are not linked to any identifiable personal information.

Any information you provide on our website is treated securely using standard encryption software (128-bit secure socket layer) that encodes all information sent from your browser to our server and system.

If you provide us with your email address, you may receive periodic emails from us with information on our products and services, upcoming events, news, and offers. If you do not wish to receive email communications from INCA, please let us know via email, phone call, letter, or by using the unsubscribe line at the bottom of any email you receive from us.

Who has access to your information?

INCA does NOT share its mailing list, email list, telephone numbers, or any other information with any other company or organization. INCA does advise our associate operators of any dietary or health issues that you may have in order to ensure that you can be properly cared for on an INCA adventure.

INCA does NOT share your billing information with any other companies or organizations. To process credit card charges for your INCA trip payments, INCA must provide the credit card processors with your credit card number, card expiration date, street address, and zip code.

What type of information do we collect with a reservation?

Dietary Requirements: We understand that many people are required to or prefer to follow certain diets. We try to accommodate these preferences and needs whenever possible. Our Trip Application requests any specific diet information. This is passed on to our associates, guides and others that will then contact restaurants, yachts, and hotels to accommodate your requirements and preferences.

Physical Health: We need to obtain this information about your age, gender, height, weight and general health so that we can ensure your personal health and safety.

Flight and Passport Information: We require your flight information in order to be able to meet you on arrival and transfer to your departing flights. For trips outside the United States, we require passport information as it is required by certain of our local service providers, yacht manifests, and for international and domestic flight reservations.

Where is your data held?

All personal information we use is stored and processed by our staff in the United States using secure systems.  Only data directly pertinent to providing services you've reserved will be passed to the individuals responsible for delivering those services.
