Extending your Chilean Adventure
The Atacama Desert
In the far north of Chile lies the Atacama, a region commonly known as the driest place on earth, with an average rainfall of approximately ½ an inch per year. As vast and as arid as the region may be, the Atacama holds treasures for those willing to explore beyond the ordinary.
We offer three unique and luxurious lodges, each distinctly different, but providing exhilarating activities, fine dining, and impeccable accommodations.
Chiloé and the Lakes District
The island of Chiloé is the largest in an archipelago known for its distinctive folklore, stunning scenery and unique architecture. Dotted with picturesque fishing villages, the beauty of this destination is as much in the landscape as it is in the island residents with their deep-rooted culture and timeless traditions.
Further to the north begins Chile’s Lakes DIstrict, where German Immigrants and indigenous descendants form a unique culture set against beautiful lakes and towering volcanoes. Hiking, cycling, rafting and fishing feature prominently in the heart of this region.
Rapa Nui (Easter Island)
Rapa Nui, or Easter Island, is the southernmost island of the Polynesian triangle, and located some 2,000 miles off Chile's coast.
Settled during the first millenium, the island's first inhabitants left behind an archeological treasure trove of giant stone carvings or moai, along with a host of other artifacts.
We offer a spectacular lodge to serve as your base for exploring the island.
Chile's capital and cosmopolitan hub, Santiago is a convenient home base from which to explore adjacent wine regions and the seaside town of Valparaíso.
Guests staying in Santiago will enjoy five-star luxury at the Ritz Carlton Santiago, located in the heart of El Golf, one of the city's most prestigious neighborhoods.
