Peru and Galapagos

20-day adventure

Combine two of the world's wonders-Machu Picchu and Galápagos. Visit Lima's museums, Cuzco, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros. Spend 3 days and 2 nights at Machu Picchu. Then, fly to Ecuador for a 9-day Galápagos adventure-that's the ultimate nature and cultural experience!

Other companies offer Galapagos and Machu Picchu in a shorter itinerary. We have found that, due to travel times, altitude changes, and the majesty of these places, attempting to see them in fewer days does not do them, or you, justice. You travel so far just to get to there, you want to experience where you are, too.

Reina Silvia departures: Fly to Galápagos Islands, board our yacht and start Galápagos cruising!

Day 13-18

Live aboard the yacht and spend as much time exploring the islands as park rules permit. We have at least two shore visits each day, timing them to avoid the large cruise ship groups. We have several chances to swim and snorkel during our week. Each night we travel on to another unique island.

Day 19

We have breakfast on board the yacht, then disembark and fly back to Quito for dinner and overnight.

Day 20

Depart for home, or on to other adventures.
